I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I’ll say upfront that I never imagined I would have so much to say about getting a new roof! We were preparing our house to move when we got the news every homeowner dreads: our roof was completely rotten. We received quotes from three companies, all of which were competitive, but this company immediately stood out. They were the only ones who used a drone to show us detailed images of the roof, so we could actually see the damage they were describing instead of simply taking their word for it. They told us they could start in as little as two days—and they did. As the project progressed, the news unfortunately got worse, but the company only got better. At every stage, they provided updated drone images so we could see exactly what they were finding. It turned out the entire wood decking beneath the shingles had rotted and needed to be replaced. I braced myself for a massive increase in cost because that’s been my experience with contractors in the past: the more damage they find, the more the bill snowballs into something you can barely afford. That never happened. Despite the additional work, they honored—and actually came in below—their original quote. I was honestly shocked by their integrity. In just two days, we had a beautiful new roof, brand-new gutters, and complete confidence that the job had been done right. The communication, transparency, professionalism, and honesty throughout the entire process were outstanding. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can truly trust, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

All around best service I could ask for. Communication by far was over the top, and everyone worked flawlessly to complete my roof and gutters. They have taken care of I surance communication am helping decipher the insurance paperwork. To top it off, done completely I. One day!!!!! Aftwrwards they sent me over view shots with a drone!!!!!

What a great experience! We recently hired SWORD to remove the original cedar shake roof from our 1901 home and install a new roof. Because our home is very close to our neighbors, we had a few concerns going into the project, but SWORD handled everything with professionalism and care. The team did incredibly thorough work, kept us informed throughout the entire process (the drone photos were an added bonus), and made sure both we and our neighbors were taken care of. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and we're thrilled with the final result. They quickly scheduled a visit and two weeks later performed a gutter service. It was simple, easy and pretty fast. Other companies never bothered to return calls or even bother to show up after speaking with them. Yeah this job wasn't particularly large so I really appreciate the service.

I had a wonderful experience working with SWORD Roofing. They came out prior to me buying my home and did a thorough inspection of the roof and then when it was determined the house needed a full replacement they were able to schedule the work within a week of closing and finished the work in less than a day. I am very happy with the product and working with them in general and would highly recommend them for roof work.

We experienced a leak with our new house. Called SWORD came out very quick, either the day we called or day after. Told us what was needed and priced it for us. They told us it would be approximately 2 weeks to complete in which they sent us updates on where we were on wait list. They completed job when they said. They worked very well with our Home Warranty company in regards to communication and being able to get paid. I believe this company is ethical, not overly priced, communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any future work.

I got a lot of estimates, but from the very first call they were all fantastic! The girl that answered the phone ( so sorry I forgot your name) until the very end! The salesman Trevor was a big big reason I went with your company! . He was so kind and helpful ! NOT HIGH PRESSURE and that’s what I loved most of all ! He was understanding and took so much time to answer my questions! I had a lot of them and with everything I had going on , he took many calls from me! I felt very comfortable and respected!!!! Which I didn’t get from any other company . While it was not the cheapest , it was well with it! I feel the install was honest and so fast! Quincy was quick to help and keep me in the loop the whole day of the process. While I hate spending , worth all the money ! My house looks stunning ! They check in on you throughout the process as well. I felt at ease that they sent photos of any thing they see while they are working that they need to repair along with updated progress drone photos. So happy we chose them for our new roof. Because of my experience in Commercial Real Estate and in Residential Historic neighborhoods, my exposure to service providers and project contractors is extensive. I have never experienced a more flawless process than I did with Sword Roofing. The professionalism and ownership of the Sales Rep, through his communication with the Operations Leader, to the the ON-site Supervisor was unparalleled in any precious experience. The ARMY of technicians who arrived and magically transformed this roof, taking it down to the ORIGINAL 1900 studs and identifying solutions was remarkable. I absolutely expect this too take 2 full days with a small crew of 5 and a team leader. I completely underestimated SWORD roofing and NOW understand their high rating on various platforms. The new plywood was an on-site, mid-project need and they still competed this job in 5 hours with ZERO debris and not a single old nail to be found, anywhere. It was the most impressive thing I’ve seen and worth every penny of this massive investment to see her through another 50 years. Thank you Sword - we literally could not be happier.

Absolutely wonderful company to do business with. My salesman was Trevor and he was and still is (I've referred all of my neighbors so I keep seeing him around) extremely helpful and attentive. From the first meeting where he thought of something specific to my home/needs and called later with a suggestion, to him stopping by the day of install to ensure things were all delivered correctly and within mins getting something replaced that was damaged. Definite shout out to Manny! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Bob Vila's got nothing on him. He knew everything and answered every question thoroughly. All of the crew were awesome as well. They worked quick and very much as a solid team. Very conscientious of my neighbors too! They checked the adjacent yards and even stopped painting when the wind was blowing and my neighbor had just gotten home. Not to mention they all knew I was worried about my metal yard chicken and I watched the guys slowly peel back the old shingles above it and grab each one before it fell so as to not hit it. Wow. And then when Quincy came to do the final walk around and collect the balance there was a credit for something they didn't have to replace. I wouldn't have even known! That kind of honesty is the kind of business you know you can trust. My only slight not even a complaint after all this was, I would have liked to have known that I was an afternoon install. But even then everyone apologized and they were still done before dark. *The color is Midnight Plum.

Curry and Johnny helped me communicate with insurance to get a full roof replacement. They were amazing!! We had some unique circumstances and Sword was able to adjust and do what was best for us! For the installation of the roof, they were surprisingly fast! They sent drone pictures of the process. Sword also had very competitive pricing! We were amazed at both the quickness and quality of the replacement and repairs. Sword Roofing's team was amazing. Late evening on 3/15 a 30' section of a huge tree fell on our house destroying the roof & 2 attic trusses, gutters, siding and windows. They were out the very early the next day with a temporary tarp to stop the rain that was pouring in from 5 holes. they have worked very well with our insurance company to replace the entire roof, repair the gutters and siding.

Great experience with SWORD roofing. I just had my roof redone including a complete re-decking. Made an appointment to get a free estimate, Will came by and walked on the roof/looked in the attic. Walked me through their roofing process, answered any questions I had, no pressure sales talk. Their estimated scheduling time was accurate. Communication was great, everyone was super responsive and happy to answer questions. Day of, the crew was quick and quality work done. I really appreciated the drone photos they sent during and after the job. Quincy, the job supervisor, did a walk through with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the job. This was a fairly minor repair of shingle loss due to high wind. Throughout, the sales and administrative staff and the crew were responsive and did their jobs well. I have not used Sword before, but due to my good experience I have advised the Board of our HOA of the good experience. Excellent. Did repairs on gutters and roof without pushing for new installations beyond what was needed. Listen to my concerns and did a careful inspection and estimate. Provided an estimate with a lot of details. Work was completely in a timely fashion. Price was reasonable, and they even charged less than the estimate when less gutter guards were needed than expected. Appreciate Trevor (sale rep) and Chris (roof tech) for the honest hard work they completed.

What an absolutely amazing experience from the team at SWORD! After the “high wind weekend 2k26”, I had a little damage to my fascia board, and the gutter had been ripped off the side of the house. I initially reached out to several other contractors, and went with the one that got there first on a Sunday. No name shaming, but this other contractor put me off until Thursday (5 days later) through a rain and snow event without even giving me a hint of a time frame to repair, even after I quickly agreed to the initial estimate. By Thursday morning I was done waiting, and decided to give SWORD a call. And man was I impressed. Justin Huber showed up within a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly reviewed the damages while maintaining a conversation with my over talkative self, took a few pictures, matched the color with a sample, and politely finished the conversation with me and told me he would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was in my email inbox within an hour. No joke. Very reasonable for what needed done. I quickly accepted. With the impending storm this Sunday I was really hoping to get this done quick, and man did Justin come through. Not even two days later, his install crew showed up at 9am ready to go! The install crew were outstanding as well. They were friendly, professional, and man did they bang this job out quick. I think they were only here for an hour. And the install work was top notch too! One of the guys even noticed a piece of debris I had by the garbage can I forgot to put out at the curb this week, and they took it away without me needing to ask. That’s just awesome. What a great bunch of hard working guys! Hey SWORD, give this install crew a substantial raise. The guys with the white Chevy that has the push bar with the tiger and (can’t remember the other stuffed animal) in the front. These guys deserve it! Great top notch service! We had an ice dam with water coming in the kitchen. Curry and his team were amazing in a very stressful time. Curry was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, and his team showed up to clear the ice dam in the middle of another snow storm! SWORD Roofing earned all of their 5 stars!

We had an ice dam on our roof on Sunday of this week, Water was coming into the kitchen. I spoke with Justin and he said he would get a team out first thing in the morning to remove the snow and break up the ice. They arrive actually a little early and were very courtious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and clearly believe in great curtomer service.

SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! Our house looks amazing now! Curry was amazing throughout the whole process in making sure I was getting all the information that I needed! And the crew was phenomenal on install day!
