We experienced a leak with our new house. Called SWORD came out very quick, either the day we called or day after. Told us what was needed and priced it for us. They told us it would be approximately 2 weeks to complete in which they sent us updates on where we were on wait list. They completed job when they said. They worked very well with our Home Warranty company in regards to communication and being able to get paid. I believe this company is ethical, not overly priced, communication is excellent. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again for any future work.

I got a lot of estimates, but from the very first call they were all fantastic! The girl that answered the phone ( so sorry I forgot your name) until the very end! The salesman Trevor was a big big reason I went with your company! . He was so kind and helpful ! NOT HIGH PRESSURE and that’s what I loved most of all ! He was understanding and took so much time to answer my questions! I had a lot of them and with everything I had going on , he took many calls from me! I felt very comfortable and respected!!!! Which I didn’t get from any other company . While it was not the cheapest , it was well with it! I feel the install was honest and so fast! Quincy was quick to help and keep me in the loop the whole day of the process. While I hate spending , worth all the money ! My house looks stunning ! Thanks to all of the workers for being stellar!!!! Many thanks and lots of smiles ! I will recommend to all my peeps!

Communication is on point! From the estimate with Trevor through the day of installation with Quincy and the group. They are upfront with pricing and what is best for YOU! They check in on you throughout the process as well. I felt at ease that they sent photos of any thing they see while they are working that they need to repair along with updated progress drone photos. So happy we chose them for our new roof. Because of my experience in Commercial Real Estate and in Residential Historic neighborhoods, my exposure to service providers and project contractors is extensive. I have never experienced a more flawless process than I did with Sword Roofing. The professionalism and ownership of the Sales Rep, through his communication with the Operations Leader, to the the ON-site Supervisor was unparalleled in any precious experience. The ARMY of technicians who arrived and magically transformed this roof, taking it down to the ORIGINAL 1900 studs and identifying solutions was remarkable. I absolutely expect this too take 2 full days with a small crew of 5 and a team leader. I completely underestimated SWORD roofing and NOW understand their high rating on various platforms. The new plywood was an on-site, mid-project need and they still competed this job in 5 hours with ZERO debris and not a single old nail to be found, anywhere. It was the most impressive thing I’ve seen and worth every penny of this massive investment to see her through another 50 years. Thank you Sword - we literally could not be happier.

Absolutely wonderful company to do business with. My salesman was Trevor and he was and still is (I've referred all of my neighbors so I keep seeing him around) extremely helpful and attentive. From the first meeting where he thought of something specific to my home/needs and called later with a suggestion, to him stopping by the day of install to ensure things were all delivered correctly and within mins getting something replaced that was damaged. Definite shout out to Manny! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Bob Vila's got nothing on him. He knew everything and answered every question thoroughly. All of the crew were awesome as well. They worked quick and very much as a solid team. Very conscientious of my neighbors too! They checked the adjacent yards and even stopped painting when the wind was blowing and my neighbor had just gotten home. Not to mention they all knew I was worried about my metal yard chicken and I watched the guys slowly peel back the old shingles above it and grab each one before it fell so as to not hit it. Wow. And then when Quincy came to do the final walk around and collect the balance there was a credit for something they didn't have to replace. I wouldn't have even known! That kind of honesty is the kind of business you know you can trust. My only slight not even a complaint after all this was, I would have liked to have known that I was an afternoon install. But even then everyone apologized and they were still done before dark. *The color is Midnight Plum.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They worked with me on a special request and followed through when actually doing the work. They arrive on time, were very responsive, and completed everything when they said they would. Roof and gutters look amazing and they did a great job cleaning everything up.

Curry, Johnny, Quincy, and the whole crew went above and beyond. They were professional, and extremely efficient. The workmanship is top-notch, and they clearly care about doing things the right way, not cutting corners. Communication was great throughout the process, and they left the property cleaner than when they arrived. We also got four quotes, and their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the size of our roof, and they still came in below other estimates without sacrificing quality. There 25 year workmanship warranty is top notch as well. It’s hard to find crews like this anymore. We’re very happy with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.

Highly recommend Sword roofing! They helped us get our roof replaced through insurance. Knowing nothing about roofs Curry helped me every step along the way. He answered all my calls and questions. Curry and Johnny helped me communicate with insurance to get a full roof replacement. They were amazing!! We had some unique circumstances and Sword was able to adjust and do what was best for us! For the installation of the roof, they were surprisingly fast! They sent drone pictures of the process. Sword also had very competitive pricing! Overall everything was awesome and Sword should be your first choice in roofing!!

We were amazed at both the quickness and quality of the replacement and repairs. Sword Roofing's team was amazing. Thanks Justin, John, Melissa and the entire team at Sword for making a disaster less disastrous. Late evening on 3/15 a 30' section of a huge tree fell on our house destroying the roof & 2 attic trusses, gutters, siding and windows. They were out the very early the next day with a temporary tarp to stop the rain that was pouring in from 5 holes. they have worked very well with our insurance company to replace the entire roof, repair the gutters and siding.

Great experience with SWORD roofing. I just had my roof redone including a complete re-decking. Made an appointment to get a free estimate, Will came by and walked on the roof/looked in the attic. Walked me through their roofing process, answered any questions I had, no pressure sales talk. Their estimated scheduling time was accurate. Communication was great, everyone was super responsive and happy to answer questions. Day of, the crew was quick and quality work done. I really appreciated the drone photos they sent during and after the job. Quincy, the job supervisor, did a walk through with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend SWORD roofing.

This was a fairly minor repair of shingle loss due to high wind. Throughout, the sales and administrative staff and the crew were responsive and did their jobs well. I have not used Sword before, but due to my good experience I have advised the Board of our HOA of the good experience. Excellent. Did repairs on gutters and roof without pushing for new installations beyond what was needed. Listen to my concerns and did a careful inspection and estimate. Provided an estimate with a lot of details. Work was completely in a timely fashion. Price was reasonable, and they even charged less than the estimate when less gutter guards were needed than expected. Appreciate Trevor (sale rep) and Chris (roof tech) for the honest hard work they completed.

What an absolutely amazing experience from the team at SWORD! After the “high wind weekend 2k26”, I had a little damage to my fascia board, and the gutter had been ripped off the side of the house. I initially reached out to several other contractors, and went with the one that got there first on a Sunday. No name shaming, but this other contractor put me off until Thursday (5 days later) through a rain and snow event without even giving me a hint of a time frame to repair, even after I quickly agreed to the initial estimate. By Thursday morning I was done waiting, and decided to give SWORD a call. And man was I impressed. Justin Huber showed up within a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly reviewed the damages while maintaining a conversation with my over talkative self, took a few pictures, matched the color with a sample, and politely finished the conversation with me and told me he would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was in my email inbox within an hour. No joke. Very reasonable for what needed done. I quickly accepted. With the impending storm this Sunday I was really hoping to get this done quick, and man did Justin come through. Not even two days later, his install crew showed up at 9am ready to go! The install crew were outstanding as well. They were friendly, professional, and man did they bang this job out quick. I think they were only here for an hour. And the install work was top notch too! One of the guys even noticed a piece of debris I had by the garbage can I forgot to put out at the curb this week, and they took it away without me needing to ask. That’s just awesome. What a great bunch of hard working guys! Hey SWORD, give this install crew a substantial raise. The guys with the white Chevy that has the push bar with the tiger and (can’t remember the other stuffed animal) in the front. These guys deserve it! Great top notch service! I mean what a great experience. This is the first home I have ever purchased, and having something like this happen is stressful. Especially when the initial contractor you hire puts you off for 5 days without even a mention of when they will get your repair done. What a night and day difference SWORD was. We had an ice dam with water coming in the kitchen. Curry and his team were amazing in a very stressful time. Curry was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process, and his team showed up to clear the ice dam in the middle of another snow storm! SWORD Roofing earned all of their 5 stars!

We had an ice dam on our roof on Sunday of this week, Water was coming into the kitchen. I spoke with Justin and he said he would get a team out first thing in the morning to remove the snow and break up the ice. They arrive actually a little early and were very courtious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and clearly believe in great curtomer service.

SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! Our house looks amazing now! Curry was amazing throughout the whole process in making sure I was getting all the information that I needed! And the crew was phenomenal on install day!

We had a great experience having our Gutters replaced by SWORD Roofing. Our Salesman, Curry Lykins, was extremely informative and attentive. The crew did a fabulous job, in one day, on the gutters of our house and the cleanup afterwards. I was very pleased with their pricing, especially considering I have a 3 story Arts and Crafts style home from the 1920's. I would highly recommend their services.

I had an outstanding experience with SWORD Roofing and truly cannot thank them enough. I contacted them on October 14th to re-inspect my roof and look into a leak coming through my ceiling. Back in July, a tree had fallen on my home, and although another company replaced my damaged gutter, the leak continued. When I reached back out to that company, I was given the runaround and no real help. Eric from SWORD Roofing came out, took his time, and thoroughly reinspected my roof. He immediately found the issue — a hole that had been completely overlooked by the previous company. He helped walk me through the process with my insurance, and thankfully, the repair was fully covered under my policy. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care.
