Great experience with SWORD roofing. I just had my roof redone including a complete re-decking. Made an appointment to get a free estimate, Will came by and walked on the roof/looked in the attic. Walked me through their roofing process, answered any questions I had, no pressure sales talk. Their estimated scheduling time was accurate. Communication was great, everyone was super responsive and happy to answer questions. Day of, the crew was quick and quality work done. I really appreciated the drone photos they sent during and after the job. Quincy, the job supervisor, did a walk through with me at the end to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend SWORD roofing.

This was a fairly minor repair of shingle loss due to high wind. Throughout, the sales and administrative staff and the crew were responsive and did their jobs well. I have not used Sword before, but due to my good experience I have advised the Board of our HOA of the good experience. I hope this will encourage my fellow HOA members to consider Sword for any future needs.

Excellent. Did repairs on gutters and roof without pushing for new installations beyond what was needed. Listen to my concerns and did a careful inspection and estimate. Provided an estimate with a lot of details. Work was completely in a timely fashion. Price was reasonable, and they even charged less than the estimate when less gutter guards were needed than expected. Appreciate Trevor (sale rep) and Chris (roof tech) for the honest hard work they completed.

What an absolutely amazing experience from the team at SWORD! After the “high wind weekend 2k26”, I had a little damage to my fascia board, and the gutter had been ripped off the side of the house. I initially reached out to several other contractors, and went with the one that got there first on a Sunday. No name shaming, but this other contractor put me off until Thursday (5 days later) through a rain and snow event without even giving me a hint of a time frame to repair, even after I quickly agreed to the initial estimate. By Thursday morning I was done waiting, and decided to give SWORD a call. And man was I impressed. Justin Huber showed up within a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly reviewed the damages while maintaining a conversation with my over talkative self, took a few pictures, matched the color with a sample, and politely finished the conversation with me and told me he would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was in my email inbox within an hour. No joke. Very reasonable for what needed done. I quickly accepted. With the impending storm this Sunday I was really hoping to get this done quick, and man did Justin come through. Not even two days later, his install crew showed up at 9am ready to go! The install crew were outstanding as well. They were friendly, professional, and man did they bang this job out quick. I think they were only here for an hour. And the install work was top notch too! One of the guys even noticed a piece of debris I had by the garbage can I forgot to put out at the curb this week, and they took it away without me needing to ask. That’s just awesome. What a great bunch of hard working guys! Hey SWORD, give this install crew a substantial raise. The guys with the white Chevy that has the push bar with the tiger and (can’t remember the other stuffed animal) in the front. These guys deserve it! Great top notch service! I mean what a great experience. This is the first home I have ever purchased, and having something like this happen is stressful. Especially when the initial contractor you hire puts you off for 5 days without even a mention of when they will get your repair done. What a night and day difference SWORD was. We had an ice dam on our roof on Sunday of this week, Water was coming into the kitchen. I spoke with Justin and he said he would get a team out first thing in the morning to remove the snow and break up the ice. They arrive actually a little early and were very courtious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and clearly believe in great curtomer service.

SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! Our house looks amazing now! Curry was amazing throughout the whole process in making sure I was getting all the information that I needed! And the crew was phenomenal on install day!

We had a great experience having our Gutters replaced by SWORD Roofing. Our Salesman, Curry Lykins, was extremely informative and attentive. The crew did a fabulous job, in one day, on the gutters of our house and the cleanup afterwards. I had an outstanding experience with SWORD Roofing and truly cannot thank them enough. I contacted them on October 14th to re-inspect my roof and look into a leak coming through my ceiling. Back in July, a tree had fallen on my home, and although another company replaced my damaged gutter, the leak continued. When I reached back out to that company, I was given the runaround and no real help. Eric from SWORD Roofing came out, took his time, and thoroughly reinspected my roof. He immediately found the issue — a hole that had been completely overlooked by the previous company. I called Sword roofing to look for a leak in my roof. A estimator came fairly quickly and said my roof ridge vent in center of my house was the problem and suggested replacing all 3 ridge vents on my roof . Other roofers said the same thing. Sword came in with the best price using the same items to replace the ridge vents. Sword was very friendly and explained everything that was needed for repair and replace other 2 ridge vents for prevention of future leaks. They are local and quickly did the job 2 weeks later and did a professionally great job. They were great to work with! I highly recommend them!

Called them to replace an old gutter. The salesman came out and said that for the size of the gutter run, we should have a bigger downspout. Quoted us a very fair price. As promised, they showed up a few weeks later to complete the job. Highly recommend doing business with them!

We had a brand new roof installed by SWORD today. Some repair work as well. The team was amazing. We loved working with Eric Barnes and Trevor. Trevor sent us pictures as the work progressed on the house. More importantly, I loved choosing the color of the shingles. There were many colors to allow me to take a decision. I am delighted with the Driftwood Shingles. It complements the house beautifully.

I was absolutely amazed at how quick, professional, and thorough they were. I was expecting the roof to take two long days. I was pleased with the communication from the person who answered the phone (I think it was Joey), the salesperson (Curry) and all of the workers who diligently worked hard to install a gutter apron which I didn't have, along with wrapping fascia, trim and then installing larger gutters and downspouts. They also had to replace some rotten wood. I haven't been able to see how everything works yet with a hard rain, but I have confidence that everything will be fine and I believe they will stand by their work if it isn't. The work order was detailed and the pricing was competitive compared to other quotes that I received. I am glad to support a local business!

Johnny Dumford at SWORD provided a free estimate for the repair of my roof. When he sent me a quote, he included high quality photos of the areas needing repairs, which I found very helpful. He provided me a thorough explanation of why my roof needed repairs in the areas shown on the photos. He also explained the general condition of my roof, not necessarily only the affected areas needing attention. He seemed very knowledgeable and explained things in a professional manner. He answered any questions I had, and clarified any concerns. Upon completion of the job, he provided me with another set of photos: before, during, and after photos, which proved to me they did work on the roof. Sword was ON IT from the start. From the minute I called it was top notch service. I had some animals getting into my attic and I didn't want to harm them. They gave me a roof inspection, fixed the entry holes, fixed some siding, and problem solved. It would have cost me twice as much to hire an animal control person and then they still could have found their way in. Worked perfect! Highly recommend, very fair and honest!
