A Little About Mt. Washington
Mount Washington is on Cincinnati's eastern boundary, bordering Anderson Township. The village was laid out in 1846 along the Ohio Pike, incorporated in 1867, and annexed by Cincinnati in 1911. The Mount Washington Water Tower at Beechmont Avenue and Campus Lane was built in 1939. Stanbery Park was donated to the city by the Stanbery family in 1940.
