The ARMY of technicians who arrived and magically transformed this roof, taking it down to the ORIGINAL 1900 studs and identifying solutions was remarkable. I absolutely expect this too take 2 full days with a small crew of 5 and a team leader. I completely underestimated SWORD roofing and NOW understand their high rating on various platforms. The new plywood was an on-site, mid-project need and they still competed this job in 5 hours with ZERO debris and not a single old nail to be found, anywhere. Absolutely wonderful company to do business with. My salesman was Trevor and he was and still is (I've referred all of my neighbors so I keep seeing him around) extremely helpful and attentive. From the first meeting where he thought of something specific to my home/needs and called later with a suggestion, to him stopping by the day of install to ensure things were all delivered correctly and within mins getting something replaced that was damaged. Definite shout out to Manny! He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Bob Vila's got nothing on him. He knew everything and answered every question thoroughly. All of the crew were awesome as well. They worked quick and very much as a solid team. Very conscientious of my neighbors too! They checked the adjacent yards and even stopped painting when the wind was blowing and my neighbor had just gotten home. Not to mention they all knew I was worried about my metal yard chicken and I watched the guys slowly peel back the old shingles above it and grab each one before it fell so as to not hit it. Wow. And then when Quincy came to do the final walk around and collect the balance there was a credit for something they didn't have to replace. I wouldn't have even known! That kind of honesty is the kind of business you know you can trust. My only slight not even a complaint after all this was, I would have liked to have known that I was an afternoon install. But even then everyone apologized and they were still done before dark. *The color is Midnight Plum.

Great experience with SWORD roofing. I just had my roof redone including a complete re-decking. Made an appointment to get a free estimate, Will came by and walked on the roof/looked in the attic. Walked me through their roofing process, answered any questions I had, no pressure sales talk. Their estimated scheduling time was accurate. Communication was great, everyone was super responsive and happy to answer questions. Day of, the crew was quick and quality work done. This was a fairly minor repair of shingle loss due to high wind. Throughout, the sales and administrative staff and the crew were responsive and did their jobs well. Provided an estimate with a lot of details. Work was completely in a timely fashion. What an absolutely amazing experience from the team at SWORD! After the “high wind weekend 2k26”, I had a little damage to my fascia board, and the gutter had been ripped off the side of the house. I initially reached out to several other contractors, and went with the one that got there first on a Sunday. No name shaming, but this other contractor put me off until Thursday (5 days later) through a rain and snow event without even giving me a hint of a time frame to repair, even after I quickly agreed to the initial estimate. By Thursday morning I was done waiting, and decided to give SWORD a call. And man was I impressed. Justin Huber showed up within a few hours. He was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He quickly reviewed the damages while maintaining a conversation with my over talkative self, took a few pictures, matched the color with a sample, and politely finished the conversation with me and told me he would have an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate was in my email inbox within an hour. No joke. Very reasonable for what needed done. I quickly accepted. With the impending storm this Sunday I was really hoping to get this done quick, and man did Justin come through. Not even two days later, his install crew showed up at 9am ready to go! The install crew were outstanding as well. They were friendly, professional, and man did they bang this job out quick. I think they were only here for an hour. And the install work was top notch too! One of the guys even noticed a piece of debris I had by the garbage can I forgot to put out at the curb this week, and they took it away without me needing to ask. That’s just awesome. What a great bunch of hard working guys! Hey SWORD, give this install crew a substantial raise. We had an ice dam on our roof on Sunday of this week, Water was coming into the kitchen. I spoke with Justin and he said he would get a team out first thing in the morning to remove the snow and break up the ice.
