We had an ice dam on our roof on Sunday of this week, Water was coming into the kitchen. I spoke with Justin and he said he would get a team out first thing in the morning to remove the snow and break up the ice. They arrive actually a little early and were very courtious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company as they are responsive and clearly believe in great curtomer service.

SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! Our house looks amazing now! Curry was amazing throughout the whole process in making sure I was getting all the information that I needed! And the crew was phenomenal on install day!

The crew did a fabulous job, in one day, on the gutters of our house and the cleanup afterwards. I had an outstanding experience with SWORD Roofing and truly cannot thank them enough. I contacted them on October 14th to re-inspect my roof and look into a leak coming through my ceiling. Back in July, a tree had fallen on my home, and although another company replaced my damaged gutter, the leak continued. When I reached back out to that company, I was given the runaround and no real help. Eric from SWORD Roofing came out, took his time, and thoroughly reinspected my roof. He immediately found the issue — a hole that had been completely overlooked by the previous company. He helped walk me through the process with my insurance, and thankfully, the repair was fully covered under my policy. I’m extremely grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. We are very pleased with our new roof! The entire process was easy and professional and the cost was reasonable. The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our only gripe is that several nails were lift in the yard and we have a 3 year old who plays in the yard a lot. We try to keep her shoes on, but you know how that goes!
