Eric proved that customer service is not dead. He helped me fight my insurance company for MONTHS before they finally admitted there was wind damage. The installation crew was like a well oiled machine and the foremen were polite and professional. Great job from start to finish.

We got multiple quotes and SWORD was the best (considering warranties and roofing material being used). The process for both financing and project were simple and quick. SWORD roofing took on a project that most other people wouldn’t touch! We had a really bad contractor improperly install gutters and downspouts and they came in and did it the right way! Our house looks amazing now! Curry was amazing throughout the whole process in making sure I was getting all the information that I needed! And the crew was phenomenal on install day!

We had a great experience having our Gutters replaced by SWORD Roofing. Our Salesman, Curry Lykins, was extremely informative and attentive. The crew did a fabulous job, in one day, on the gutters of our house and the cleanup afterwards. Back in July, a tree had fallen on my home, and although another company replaced my damaged gutter, the leak continued. He immediately found the issue — a hole that had been completely overlooked by the previous company. We are very pleased with our new roof! The entire process was easy and professional and the cost was reasonable. The team arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our only gripe is that several nails were lift in the yard and we have a 3 year old who plays in the yard a lot. We try to keep her shoes on, but you know how that goes!

We had a really great experience with SWORD. Cody helped us tremendously in dealing with insurance, getting our claim processed and approved (storm damage), and gathering data on shingles as demanded by the claims adjuster.
